Lowish Carb Simple Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef*Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Crushed (Muir Glen Organic) (28 oz)Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped*Beans, Eden Organic Black Soy 15ozcan/425gm *2 alarm chili mix, 1 serving 2 c Water
Directions
Sautee Onions until translucent, add ground beef and brown.
Add Chili mix (except masa flour), tomatoes, beans, and 2c water.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
