Mom's Chicken-n-Rice Soup

2 can chicken broth2 boneless skinless chicken breast2 cups broccoli(chopped)2 carrots(chopped)1/2 cup bell pepper(diced)1/2 cup onion(chopped)2 stalks celery(chopped)1 1/2 cup cooked brown riceMrs. Dash to taste1 can cream chicken soup
Cook rice seperately. Chop veggies. Add all ingredients in a large pot and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. (Could also be cooked in a slow cooker.)

I just got done making this soup and it is delish! I made it with homemade chicken stock that I also found on SP and I also made my own cream of chicken soup. I don't purchase any more canned soups at all. I love that I know what is going into my soup and that it is ALL healthy. - 2/10/13
