Cheryl's Mandarin Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup juice from canned mandarin oranges or orange juice1 tsp dijon mustardSalt, 1 dash1 Tbls Poppy seeds
Directions
Combine juice and vinegar. Add salt and mustard and stir. Slowly add oil as you wisk vigorously to emulsify. When creamy add poppy seeds. Chill and serve over salad.
