Slow Cooker Bruchetta Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Cubed Raw3-4 Medium Sized Vidallia Onions chopped7 Roma Tomato- Rough Chopped6 Tablespoons dry Basil or 1/4 cup Fresh Basil6 Cloves Garlic, minced6 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar4 Tablespoons Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary, or one sprig fresh1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano, or 1 fresh(FYI: McCormick Brand makes a Fantastic Marinate Seasoning that you can just add the oil and vinegar to and be done with seasoning!)
Directions
Take herbs, garlic, vinegar and oil and mix well. Place Chicken, tomato, and onion into slow cooker. Coat w/herb mixture. Set on low heat for 4-6 hours. Stir once an hour.
