Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Wheat bran, crude, .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup Baking Powder, 6 tsp Salt, 1 dash Combine all items in mixer and mix until smooth.
Spray canola oil on hot griddle. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on to griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on the uncooked side of the pancake.
