Breakfast Blueberry Smoothie

1 scoop of Jillian Michael (or your choice) whey protein powder1 cup of frozen blueberries1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk(Also yummy to add some fresh spinach leaves!)
Mix all ingredients in blender until desired consistency and enjoy!
Serving Size: Could make 2 8 ounce servings, but I calculated and drink all of it. Usually a little more than 2 cups
