Santa Fe Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cucumberRed Pepper, 1 medium Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup Beans, black, 1 cup Genova Solid Light Tuna in oil, 8 oz Carrots, raw, 2 medium Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Avocados, California (Haas), 1/2 fruit without skin and seeds Lime Juice, 0.25 cup Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
On two large plates or four smaller ones, pile the first nine ingredients evenly on each plate. In a small bowl, whisk lime juice and olive oil. You can also add chile powder and cumin if desired. Dress salad with lime dressing.
