Fresh Watermelon Citrus Salad

Ingredients
Watermelon, 1/4 (6 lb melon) 3 Navel Orange - medium (peeled and sliced with seeds removed)1/4 Red Onions, raw, sliced thinCheese, President Fat Free Feta, 2 oz1/4 cup chopped Parsley2 Tbs. chopped fresh mint2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tbsp Balsamic VinegarPepper, black, 1 dash Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Slice watermelon into small chunks. Peel oranges and cut out fleshy sections, squeeze juice out of remaining flesh into salad. Slice red onion very thin. Dice up feta into small chunks. Add chopped mint, parsley, Olive Oil, Vinegar, and Salt and Pepper. Stir and serve immediately.
