Hummingbird Lemon Cake

2 banana mashed 1 box moist-style lemon cake mix1.5 cup whole-wheat flour1.5 cup crushed pineapple packed in juice (not drained)2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 9-inch round cake pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients. Stir until uniform. Pour batter into the cake pan, and smooth out the top.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 - 35 minutes.
Let cool completely, about 30 minutes in the pan and 1 1/2 hours out of the pan on a cooling rack.
Serving Size: 16 servings

Not completely from scratch, but easy enough that my teenager daughter can make it and we can all enjoy it! For best results: use very ripe bananas and mix it with the pineapple for 2 min in food processor before adding to the dry mix and eggs. Let me know if you like it! :0)
