Cracker crumb topping

Ingredients
10 Ritz crackers3 tbsp butter spread
Directions
Crush crackers by hand in a plastic bad or in a bowl. (Don't pulverize them to the point where they're powdery; you want them to be about 1/2 the size of a pea.)

Cut in the spread with a pastry blender or a fork until the crumbs are incorporated into the spread.

Serving Size: Makes about 2/3 of a cup or enough to top two small pieces of fish.
