Japanese Grilled Fish

  • Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
5 fillets of tilapia (or other fish)1/4 cup of soy sauce1/4 cup of sake1/4 cup of mirin2 T of sugar
Directions
Mix ingredients other than fish, bring to a boil, cool.
Pour over fish and let marinate for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Pat dry, brush with oil, grill.
