Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can, rinsedBeans, great northern, 1 can, rinsedSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields, liquid pressed outArtichoke Heart Quarters, 1 can, drainedOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 6 tbsGarlic, 2 heads, roasted (squeeze cloves out and discard rest)Garlic powder, .5 tspLemon juice, 2 tbspSalt, 2 tsp or to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended. Serve with fresh or dried veggies or pita chips.

    This was ok, good for the nutritional value. I also placed it in a cassarole dish and sprinkled some parm cheese and nacho cheese over the top. I then heated it in the oven untill the cheese melted. My husband added red hot, We are going to use the left overs over grilled chicken. It has promise! - 3/9/08
