Low Carb Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken Breast4 cloves garlic2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbs Curry PowderSalt to taste2 cups Chopped Cauliflower1/2 C Chicken Broth1/3 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Heat Oil and add cut up chicken pieces. Cook until almost done. Add garlic, curry powder, salt and cauliflower. Heat until cauliflower starts to get soft. Add chicken broth and whipping cream and simmer for 10 min.
