Lemon Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 pkg High Fiber or Whole Wheat noodles1 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt2 Lemons, juiced and zested3 cups fresh Spinach1 pound Chicken, cooked and cut into chunks1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated3 cloves Garlic, mincedRed Peppers (to taste)
Directions
Cook noodles (reserve some water when they are done). Drain, but do not cool. While they are cooking, cut chicken into chunks. Sautee garlic and red pepper in pan. Add spinach. Stir until spinach is wilted. Add lemon, yogurt, and a couple ladles of pasta water--until sauce gets desired consistency. Toss in chicken, cheese, and noodles. Serve warm.
