Extreme low carb fried chicken

Ingredients
About one half bag of plain pork rinds, crushed in food processor for breading.2 chicken breasts.1/4 cup Hellman's or Good Foods Mayo1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375.
You will need two bowls. Put mayo in one,
and all other ingredients except the chicken in the other.
Coat the chicken pieces in the mayo, then move to second bowl and coat with the dry mix.
Lay on a cookie sheet covered with metal foil.
Put into oven on center rack, and cook for about 35 minuts.
May not be crispy but it is so delicious.
