3 cups flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 cup shortening1 cup Truvia baking blend1 tsp. pure vanilla extract1/2 tsp. pure almond extract1 cup milk4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, set aside. Cream shortening, Truvia baking blend together until fluffy, add eggs and extracts; beat until light and fluffy. At low speed, beat in flour mixture alternating with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Turn into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes until cake tests done, (clean tooth pick) Let cool in pan 15 minutes, invert on rack and cool completly. Maybe garished with fruit, and/or whipped cream. powdered sugar or glaze of your choice.
