1tbsp Honey1tsp Cinnamon8 oz Water
Fill a cup with 8oz of water. Add 1 tbsp of Honey and 1tsp of Cinnamon. Don't try to stir them, it won't work! Cover loosely and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High (or just until the cinnamon and honey has a "melted" appearance on top).
