Best Ever Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. - Turkey, Ground2 Tbls - Chia Seeds3 cloves garlic, minced4 Tbls - Dried OnionSpice of choice (rosemary, basil, tarragon, etc)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, allow to sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld. If your grilling this is a good time to prep your grill. Once that is done, portion out the meat and press into burger patties. place burger on grill or in grill pan, for about 4 minutes on each side or until the internal temp reaches 170-180.
