IN LARGE BOWL ADD FLOUR,BAKING POWDER,BAKING SODA,BROWN SUGAR (LIKE STEVIA 10 CALORIES PER tsp.),NO CALORIE WHITE SUGAR,CINNAMON,HEATH BITS,COCONUT,DRIED PRUNES,& GRANNY SMITH APPLE DICED & MIX ALL TOGETHER.IN ANOTHER MEDIUM SIZED BOWL ADD 2 BANANAS SMASHED UP,EGGS,& VANILLA MIX TOGETHER.THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE & STIR TIL COMBINED.PLACE IN A RECTANGLE GLASS BAKING DISH MEDIUM SIZED (10"LONG & 7" WIDE & 2"DEEP) LINED WITH TIN FOIL & GREASED W/BUTTER SPRAY.BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.OVENS VARY SO USE A FORK OR KNIFE TO CHECK FOR DONENESS.
