180g Almond Flour100g Coconut Flour2 large eggs (new recipe will have 4 eggs)68g butter very soft or melted2T Nature's Hollow SF Honey1/2 tsp. baking sodaDash saltUse immersion blender to mix eggs, butter and honey; put dry ingredients in bowl and whisk to mix, make a well in flours and add egg mix. Mix with spoon. Weigh dough ball (will be around 470g) and use calculator to divide by 12. Weigh each biscuit for uniformity, Roll in palm, flatten and place on silicon baking sheet.
Bake for 11-13min. Probably will be done in 11 min, don't overbake as coconut dries quickly.
