whole Wheat Protein Packed Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup unbleached flour4 tsp baking powderground nutmeg2+ cups milk2 eggs2 TB oil (or bacon grease)1 + TB agave nectar (or 2 TB sugar)2 scoops designer whey protein powder2 TB hemp seeds
mix dry ingredients, then add the wet stuff.
spray or grease for each, then pour out an 8" cake.
cook until top is well bubbled before turning
finish on 2nd side for about a minute.
figure approximately 4 minutes cook time per cake.
