Ingredients
1lb Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Elbows, 16 oz package1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped fine2 Stalks Celery diced small4 Green Onions chopped1/2 cup Dole Shredded Carrots1/2 cup Ken Davis BBQ sauce 2 carb1 cup WALDEN FARMS MAYO calorie free2 T Apple Cider Vinegar2 t Franks Hot Sauce1 t Chili Powder 1/4 t Garlic Powder 1/4 t Cayenne Pepper 2 t Just Like Sugar Brown Sugar sub (can sub stevia)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package, drain and rinse under cold water. Chop veggies and set in large bowl with pasta. In a medium bowl mix BBQ sauce, Mayo, Vinegar, Hot sauce and spices and sugar substitute pour over pasta and veggie mixture and stir until combined. Refrigerate- Let it sit at room temp 15 before serving. Enjoy
