Almond Bars

Ingredients
4 large eggs2 cups sugar (you can cut back to 1 3/4)1 cup butter, melted, no substitutes2 cups flour3 tsp ALMOND or VANILLA extractConfectioners' sugar
Directions
preheat oven to 325*. In mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Add butter flour and extract; mix well. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 325* for 30 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cook on wire rack. sprinkle with confectioners sugar
