2 cans black beans, drained, about 30 ounces1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained2 Roma tomatoes, diced1/4 cup diced red bell pepper1/4 cup diced red onion1/4 cup diced green onions1/4 cup diced pineapple1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves1 jalapeno, seeded and minced1/3 whole avocado, diced4 tablespoons sherry vinegarJuice of 1/2 lime1.5 tablespoons honey1 tablespoons salt1 teaspoon black pepperPinch ground cumin
