Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Jewel Wild Harvest Organic Long Grain Rice, 1 cup uncookedChicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed, choppedPacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegatable Broth, 1.5 cupWater, tap, 1.5 cupCampbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 canOnion powder, 1.5 tspKraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup Creamed Corn, 1 small canBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix everything but the broccoli in crockpot. Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4

Steam broccoli and mix into the rice mixture.
