9 oz. cooked chicken breast .5 cup onions, vidalia or red, chopped.25 cup pecans, chopped.25 cup craisins.33 cup apple, diced.66 cup grapes, halved.5 cup greek yogurt, nonfat, plainjuice of one lemon.5 tsp garlic powderkosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill. Serve on bread as sandwiches, or on a bed of greens.
