Peanut Energy Bars (no Added Sugar)

Ingredients
Slice the apple & dice it fine. Don't use the core! Toss into large bowl. Take overripe banana & beat it into the apple. Add 1 cup crunchy peanut butter & mix together. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Add to mix along with the raisins (or other dried fruit of choice). Add protein powder & dried oats. Mix together. If mix is too dry, add a bit of water to facilitate mixing. Add water a little at a time!Coat a pan 8" x 8" with cooking spray. Press down firmly into the pan (use wax paper or coat fingers with spray to keep from sticking). Cook at 325 for 10 minutes & cool in pan.
