Easy Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and save bean juice to use if needed1 T. Olive oil1 Med. red pepper, cut into 1/2 in. pieces1 T. Tahini1 fresh lime, juiced1/2 t. salt1/4 t. pepper1/4 t. fresh garlic1/4 t. hot sauce (or to taste)
Directions
In a food processor or belender, mix beans, oil, red pepper, tahini, lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic and blend till smooth (add bean juice if needed)
