Crustless Broccoli "Quiche"

10 medium eggs, or 8 large eggs1 16 oz package frozen chopped broccoli1/4 cup grated romano cheese (or more to taste)1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)3 cloves garlic, mincedsalt and pepper olive oil for broccoli saute
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spay 6x6 baking dish with oil to prevent sticking. Add 1tsp of olive oil to hot pan. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add broccoli and red pepper flakes. Cook until warmed through. Set pan aside to cool.
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt and pepper. Add romano or another grated cheese.
Pour broccoli mixture into baking dish and top with egg mixture. Sprinkle with a small amount of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set. (depending on size of casserole dish, times may vary.)
