Big Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups oatmeal 1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup flour1 1/2 cups dry milk1 cup applesauce1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 1/2 tsp. baking power1/4 cup Equal or Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a LARGE cookie sheet with pam ot use two smaller cookie sheets.
Mix all ingredients together and spoon 4 large mounds on sheet. Bake for 15-20 min.

    The calorie count is actually higher. 1 1/2 c. dry milk is more caloric than 1 1/2 regular milk. The calories for the oats are off as well. - 1/7/10
