Chicken Taco

Ingredients
1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive oil1/4 cup onion chopped fine1 Serrano pepper fine cut ( may use other pepper but this one is my favorite. 1 can white chicken meat1 package chicken seasoning4 corn Tortillas1/4 cup of 2% cheddar cheese1 cup Lettuce1 cup Tomato copped
Directions
Put 1 tbsp extra Virgin Olive oil in pan
add 1/4 cup fine cup onions and 1 pepper.
cook so onion get little brown.
add chicken and seasoning.
Heat the Tortillas
put cook chicken meat in Tortillas
Then add topping of your liking.
2% cheddar Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
