Pure Protein chocolate/walnut cookie bars

Ingredients
2.5 cups Pure Protein 100% Whey protein powder-Vanilla1 tsp baking soda1 cup quick oats1 tbsp Molasses2 tbsp Honey10 Packets of Equal3 large eggs1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or raisins or dried cranberries)1 cup chopped walnuts (optional).5 cup water
Directions
beat together Molasses, Honey, Equal, Vanilla, Eggs then blend in protein powder, baking soda, oats, chips and walnuts- add water till Batter forms a large ball.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray bottom of square baking pan with Pam, spread out batter into pan.
cook for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
