Quick Chicken Teriyaki

1/4 cup Fat Free Italian dressing1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1-1/3 cups water1/4 cup teriyaki baste & glaze1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 cups frozen peas & carrots1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncovered
1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until done.
2. Add water, teriyaki baste & glaze and garlic powder; stir. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in peas & carrots and brown rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Serving Size: makes 4- 1 1/2 cup servings
