Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients
Flank steaklime juicefish saucered pepper flakes or garlic chili pastesugarcabbagecucumberfresh cilantrofresh mint
Directions
Combine juice, fish sauce, sugar, red pepper and onions for marinade. Thinly slice flank steak. Add oil to pan and cook chopped garlic for just a moment before adding beef slices. Cook slices until just browned and then add them to marinade (the lime juice will finish cooking the meat). Refridgerate for 1/2 hour. Serve over bed of sliced cabbage and cucumber.
