2 garlic gloves minced1/2 c choped onion1/2 c uncooked Orzo1 lb cooked chicken breast chopped28 ounce FF chicken broth14.5 ounce canned diced tomatoes undrained16 ounce can chickpeas/garbanzo beans rinsed and drained1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp black pepper
saute onion and garlic in Pam cooking spray or Enova oil until tender 5 min. Add chicken cook 5 minutes if using precooked chicken breast strips. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 22 min or until Orzo done
