Camp's Favorite Biscuits

Ingredients
Directions
2 c flour1 T Splenda for baking1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp baking powder1/4 c. fat free margarine2/3 c. fat free yogurt or sour cream2/3 c. skim milk
Mix first 5 ingredients, then add the yogurt (or sour cream) and milk. Cut with biscuit cutter or just make into patties and place on a greased cookie sheet (you can grease it by spraying it with a nonstick spray).
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
Makes 8 large biscuits.

These were wonderful. I have been so hungry for good biscuits, but am restricted to a very low fat diet. You have found a way to make biscuits light, low fat and delicious. Thank you so much for sharing. I would have made 12 biscuits instead of 8, but my guys loved the "man size" biscuit. - 12/5/08
