Italian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 can of 5oz canned chicken1 tbsp Basil and Oregano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1/2 tbsp Litehouse Ranch Dressing1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Rinse and combine lettuce, spinach and tomatoes.
Add mushrooms and chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. In another small dish mix vinegar and ranch dressing, then pour over salad. This makes 1 serving if served as the main dish but can be split for two people, if served as a side dish, with another entree.
