Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1 pkg of whole wheat elbow macaroni1 cup of fat free cottage cheese1 cup of fat free milk2 cups of shredded cheese1 cup of egg substitute1 TBSP paprika5 TBSP milled flaxseed
Directions
Cook pasta according to package and drain.
Blend all but pasta and flaxseed in a blender until smooth.
Layer in a greased 9x13 casserole dish: pasta, cheese, pasta, pour in liquid mixture evenly, cheese, flaxseed on top.
Bake 350 for 60 minutes
