Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups iceburg lettuce1 cup baby spinach1.5 grilled chicken tenderloins, sliced1 small crown raw broccoli, chopped1 baby carrot, diced1/4 c. onion, diced1 TB sunflower seeds4 green olives, sliced10 seasoned croutons2 TB Brianna's Home Style Blush Wine Vinegrette1 TB Miracle Whip Light
Directions
Cut up lettuce, dice veggies. Slice chicken. I mix the vinegrette with the Miracle Whip. Tastes really good this way. (Also good as a coleslaw topping.)Pour dressing over, add croutons. This is one serving as a meal, or will serve two as a side salad.


*The 10 minutes cooking time is for the chicken. I usually grill about 8 or so tenderloins at one time, then use them during the week for a salad or wrap.
