Peanut Butter Flapjacks (No butter)

Ingredients
4 cups dry oats4T flaxseed100g fruit puree (or 1 banana mashed smooth)6T peanut butter16T honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients except oats and flax in a saucepan and melt them together until runny. In a bowl, mix oats and flax. Once liquid is runny, pour over the oats and mix well until it's well-combined. Flatten mixture in a 10x8 (or other rectangular) pan prepped with pan spray and bake at 350F or 180C until toasted golden brown on top. Slice into squares once cooled.
