3 fl oz Coffee/Espresso1/3 cup Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer or any other peppermint flavored creamer2/3 cup of Milk- can be any kind, (more fat = more froth)2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup or Cocoa Powder2 tbsp Sugar1 1/2-2 cups Ice (side note: more ice = thicker)
Throw all liquids into the blender first before adding the ice. The milk and creamer will cool off the coffee so it doesn't melt the ice right away.
Blend for about 30 seconds or until you can't hear the ice grinding.
Pour in a cup and sip through a cool straw!
