Patriotic Low Fat Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Cake:2 medium ripe bananas, mashed1 large egg1/2 tsp vanilla1 Chocolate flavored boxed cake mix (mix only)1/2 cup walnuts, pieces (optional)Filling and Topping:Weight Watcher's whipped cream cheese spread, 8 tablespoonsSmucker's Natural Fruit Spread, Strawberry, 8 tablespoons1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced1 cup of fresh blueberries
Directions
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Placed bananas into a large mixing bowl and mash thoroughly. Stir in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry cake mix until moist. Stir in walnuts. Divide batter into two 8 inch round prepared baking pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pans and allow to cool completely.

Filling and Topping:
Place one cake layer on a serving dish. Spread to top only of the bottom layer with 1/2 of the cream cheese, then 1/2 of the fruit spread, then 1/2 of the sliced strawberries and 1/2 of the blueberries. Top with second cake layer and repeat.

Serving Size: Makes one cake, about 10 slices
