One Dish Garlic & Brown Sugar Chicken with Asparagus and Red Onion

12 oz of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1 bundle of Asparagus Spears1/2 Red Onion, chopped4 cloves of Garlic4 tsp Brown Sugar2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees F.
Oil the bottom of your baking dish with 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Chop red onion, garlic, and trim asparagus ends. Place Asparagus, 1/2 the garlic and Red Onion in baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables. In separate bowl mix brown sugar, the rest of the garlic, and the rest of the vegetable oil. Pour garlic and brown sugar mixture over chicken breasts.
Put dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Turn oven to broil setting and cook remaining 5 minutes.
