Blended peanut butter,chocolate, salted caramel coffee (low carb)

Ingredients
coffee, sugar-free salted caramel syrup, Walden farms sugar-free chocolate syrup, heavy cream, xanthan gum, PB2 powdered peanut butter
Directions
Make a 6-ounce cup of coffee (I used my Keurig machine) over 16 ounces of ice and add to blender. Add in heavy cream, sugar-free chocolate syrup, sugar-free salted caramel syrup (or regular caramel if you prefer), and PB2 powder. Blend until ingredients are mixed. Sprinkle in xanthan gum a little at a time while blending (this is a thickener and will gum up if added to quickly). When all ingredients are blended and drink is desired thickness, enjoy!
