Emily's Mojo Chicken

Ingredients
One medium yellow onion- chopped6 oz fresh squeezed orange juiceJuice of 2 limes2 TBSP olive oil12 cloves garlic, peeled, smashed, roughly chopped16 boneless, skinless chicken breastZest of one limezest of one orange1 tsp sea salt1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
Rinse chicken, trim off any fat.

in a large bowl, stir together all ingredients and allow to marinate for 30-45 minutes.

Preheat grill. Place chicken on the hot grill and cook until cooked through. I also carmelized the onions in a pan in the kitchen to serve on top of the chicken.

If you'd like, you could squeeze a bit more orange juice over the top before serving. (I did)
