Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 6 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cup chicken broth packets (5) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Half and Half Cream, 1 cup fat free sugar free maple syrup, 0.5 cupcinnamon 2 tspthyme 1 tsp3 quarts of water
Directions
serving size 1 cup makes 16 cups or (about 4 quarts)
mix all ingredients in a large pot and cook for about 30 mins
