Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 35 oz2 tsp of olive oilRefried Beans, 2 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 25 mediumArugula, 4 cupSoy Sauce, .5 cupSweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cupPeas, frozen, 1 cupSpinach, frozen, 0.5 cupPeanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 3 tbsp (opt.)Can add spices such as:SaltPepperBasalParslyCinnamon(To taste)
Directions
Pan fry turkey until not pink in pan w/ 1 tsp of oil
Cook all other ingredients in pot w/ 1tsp of oil
Combine and cook for 1 hour on low
