9 lasagna noodles2 cans of Hunt's Garlic and Herb Pasta Sauce1lbs of ground Italian sausage1egg15oz ricotta cheese (part skim)3 - 8oz Saregento 6 cheese Italian shredded cheese2 tbs of Italian Seasoning
* Preheat to 350
* Boil and drain lasagna noodles (9 noddles)
* Cook Italian sausage in a large skillet
* Add both cans of sauce to the cooked sausage
* In a large bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, one bag of shredded cheese, and the Italian seasoning
* Spray your baking dish with a non-stick spray
* Spread a little sauce on the bottom of the baking dish
* Use 3 noodles to line the bottom of the baking dish
* Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noddles
* Cover the Ricotta cheese mixture with sauce (1/3 of the sauce)
* Sprinkle 1/2 bag of shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
* Repeat noodle, ricotta mixture, sauce, and shredded cheese 1x
* Layer the last 3 noddles on top
* Cover the top with the remaining sauce
* Cover with tin foil
* Bake for 30 minutes
* Remove from oven and remove the tin foil
* cover the top with shredded cheese
* Replace in oven for 10 minutes uncovered
