Chipotle chicken tacos

2 lbs boneless chicken breast, 1 can yellow corn (undrained), 1 can reduced sodium black beans, 1 can petite diced tomatoes w/green chilis, 1 pkg reduced sodium taco seasoning, 1 can chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, 4 tbsp light cream cheese, corn tortillas, sour cream, cheese, guacamole.
Place trimmed chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker. Add all other ingredients (cream cheese last). Cook in slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Mix the cream cheese around and shred the chicken and mix together. Serve in warm corn tortillas and top with your favorite toppings (sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc.)
