Meatball Pizza Cups

Ingredients

1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated thin crust pizza dough3/4 c Pizza Sauce 1 c shredded cheese12 frozen meatballs1/4 c fresh basil, chopped (or one leaf per cup)
1. preheat oven to 375. Open and unfold pizza dough. Using a small cup or cookie cutter, cut dough into 12 2.5 inch rounds
2. Press each round into one cup of a non-stick mini muffin tin
3. Spoon pizza sauce into each cup, sprinkle with a bit of cheese, then gently press a meatball into each cup
4. Bake pizza cups for 5 minutes. Open oven and sprinkle more cheese on top of each cup (as much as it will hold)
5. Finish baking another 5-10 minutes, or until edges are brown.
6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from muffin tin. Top each pizza cup with a bit more sauce and one basil leaf.
